The Aegis Interceptor Pro Goalie Neck Guard is a more beefed up version of the original Interceptor Goalie Neck Guard. The Pro comes with all of the same features as the original, however they Aegis has used 10mm D3O XT Lite foam. This material is a thicker layer of protection and a lighter material, giving you a comfortable neck guard that doesn’t sacrifice your protection.
The neck guard itself is constructed of a flexible nylon spandex which is a very breathable material in nature. The flexible properties of this neck guard also allow for a neckguard that moves and forms to the goalies body.
This neck guard is BNQ certified for Ice Hockey.
