Skate Fit Profile
CCM put a major focus on comfort in their hockey skates for the 2023 season, and that still holds true in the new EFlex 6 goalie skates—a feature that works in tangent with the EFlex’s snug fit. Designed for uncompromising performance, the one-piece boot technology also delivers exceptional results. By optimizing energy transfer, goalies gain the advantage of quicker foot movement as they navigate the crease. These skates are modelled to empower you to move in all directions, ensuring you have the necessary capability and more to keep pucks in front of you.

Boot Construction/Stiffness/Level of Play
The one-piece boot is designed for full connection between you and the skate, and the 190 stiffness rating means the skate has the same stiffness as the Tacks AS-V on the player side. 190 is a great balance between stiffness and flexibility, keeping the boot rigid enough to offer pro-level support while still being soft enough for that game-ready feel. CCM uses an asymmetrical flex design for the EFlex 6 skate, meaning that the boot collar has been lowered and molded strategically to allow for a deeper flex and more explosive save potential. The boot is made of pro-level RFM composite with Lite Core for amazing durability and a lighter weight.

Liner/Internal Padding
Same as in the Tacks family, the EFlex 6 uses CCM’s premium soft, comfortable TotalDri Pro liner, which wicks moisture to keep your feet dry. The liner has been treated with Polygiene, which is based on silver chloride—a natural antibacterial agent that is integrated into the fabric or material during the manufacturing process. The silver chloride particles bind to the fabric fibres, creating a durable and long-lasting barrier against bacteria growth.

Tongue
The EFlex 6 uses an updated ADPT Memory Foam 2.0 tongue, which is designed to mold and adapt to the shape of your foot while you play. The tongue includes injected lace-bite protection, so you can stay confident that forward flexion won’t cause discomfort over time.

Holders & Steel
The skates use CCM’s quick-release Speedblade XSG holder with a bladelock system, coupled with some new steel: Step Steel 10F27. This is the current highest-end steel at CCM’s disposal and is designed specifically to encourage the forward-leaning goalie stance.

Graphics
The EFlex 6 graphics are clean black, white, and red, similar to CCM’s Jetspeed line. The shell is glossy with bold white and silver accents, for that sharp, bold look while out on the ice.
