The CCM Super Tacks AS4 Pro JR Hockey Stick is a max loading mid kick-point stick, staying true to the Tacks family heritage. Features on the AS4 Pro include Nanolite Carbon Layering with T-Shaped Shaft Geometry, Skeleton+ taper technology, and the all new Acufeel Blade. These qualities combined with a true modern mid-kick flex profile creates an aggressive, powerful, and accurate stick that will have goalies shaking in their boots.
Stick Flex Profile
The Tacks AS4 Pro stick features a soft mid-section that allows for a longer period to store more energy. A stiff taper zone maximizes stability and response. The long loading period combined with the stability of the stiff taper zone is ideal for heavy shooters who like to lean into their shots while maintaining maximum control and accuracy.
Shaft Construction
CCM has developed and implemented its new Nanolite Carbon Layering technology throughout the shaft of the AS4 Pro Stick. This new technology is combined with Sigmatex Spread Tow which is a technology they have been successful with in the past. Together these technologies provide you a shaft that is both lightweight and strong, giving you the durability you demand from a high-end stick.
The AS4 Pro is also equipped with T-Shape Geometry in the shaft. This proven square-shaped design provides players with a traditional Tacks feel, and allows you to have great grip and control in your hands.
Blade Construction & Stiffness
Brand new to the AS4 Pro is the Acufeel Blade. This new blade was perfected to achieve the right blend of stiffness and feel. It is still stiff enough to deliver accuracy and control, but still keeps enough softness in order to maximize the puck feel while stick handling.
Graphics
The Super Tacks AS4 Pro continues with the same graphics as the AS3 Pro with some subtle changes. The AS4 Pro has a sleek black base, with traditional Tacks yellow accents throughout the stick.
Blade Patterns, Flex & Stick Length
With the Super Tacks AS4 Pro – the P90TM is available. Popular with Pro players, the P90TM blends the P28 and the P29 curves and adds a subtle toe curve. Combined with a max height and a lower lie, this blade pattern is ideal for the player looking for an edge on face-offs or to help with tipping pucks.
